What is the uptime check frequency?
We check the uptime of your website every minute. We also look at the TTFB (Time to First Byte) to see if it’s slower than usual.
Is there a limit to the number of websites we can have in our account?
No, but you must own these websites. A validation process is required before adding a site to your account.
Is it required to receive SMS notifications?
No, this feature is facultative. You can enable it in your account by adding your cellular number.
Do you have statistics?
Yes! We do have some statistics that will help you analyze the speed of your website. We collect the TTFB (Time to First Byte). Statistics are generated every day by collecting the data of all the scans.
What is the frequency of the alerts?
We send notifications as soon as a problem occurs and then have a 10-minute interval between each notification if the problem persists or has still not been resolved. You can manage the interval in your account from 10 minutes to 1 hour.
What are the logs you keep for 12 months ?
All events (site is up, site is down, SSL certificate is about to expire) will be kept for 12 months.
Do you offer 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication)?
Yes, we do! You can enable it in your account. We have Google Authenticator.
Do you send an alert when my SSL certificate is about to expire?
Yes, we send a notification 1 week before, 3 days before and 1 day before.
